So you want to commission me or another artist?

Here's a few things you might want to know that are important to ensuring the process goes smoothly!

Please read through each of the sections in Terms to ensure that you are knowledgeable of the nature of my commission work! If you have any additional questions, please always feel free to shoot me a message on any of the social links provided on the main page!</sup>

Terms And Conditions

Article A: Copyright and Fair Use


<sup>Section I

Works created through the process of commission (WIPs, sketches, and/or the final product) shall not be repurposed as material in another creative work. I.e., unfinished material cannot be then "finished" / "created" by another creator.

Works created (unless otherwise specified) through means of tracing my artwork will not be tolerated in a public domain. If you do, keep it within your own private domain. I'm not going to stop you as long as you aren't publicizing the work as your own.

The repurposing of my artwork for resale and/or use in generative AI, open source models, or image generation models is never permitted. I will seek legal or authorative action.


Section II


By acting to commission me, you are agreeing that legal rights to a produced art piece still fall unto me.

As a client, you are allowed to use the commissioned piece for profile pictures, posts on social media, and other sites. However, proper credit and attribution must be provided.

Individuals outside of the commission may also use content I produce as such given proper credit and attribution once it has been provided to public domain.



Section III


Works introduced to public domain by me can be used for all personal purposes other than those stated in Section I. For particularly ambiguous or "gray" areas, consult me first.

If there is a question as to the validity of a post, creative work, etcetera, you may contact me and I can "greenlight" you.</sup>

Article B: Legality and Age


<sup>Section I


By contacting and/or commissioning me for art that considers or involves the folowing: sexual implications, adult-related innuendos, sexual content, explicit content; you are acknowledging that you are of international legal age (18 years of age or older).

Under no circumstances will I consider the legal age of another state, province, city, institute of governing, or international body. 18+ YO is my only classification of "legal". I.e. for clients in Washington, USA, I will not use the state consent age (16 YO).


Section II


I will request the age of the client and any involved parties within the commission should the commission containt sexually-explicit content.

By opting to commission me, you acknowledge that you will not lie or provide an age that is not true to your actual age for the purpose of verifying the legality of producing such a commission.


Section III


I reserve the right, that in the event the age provided by the client comes into question, to request up to two forms of complicit federal-issue ID with DOB (Date-of-Birth) to continue the production of a potentially explicit commission.

I will never hold onto information or images verifying the age of a client following the completion/cancellation of an explicit commission.</sup>

Article C: Viable Commissions and General Terms

Section I


I will not and am not comfortable with producing art containing/depicting the following: heavily fetishized content, sexually explicit content involving minors, cub, "aged up", heavy gore, feral, sexual assault, (with my knowledge beforehand) stolen characters, characters of origin too similar to that of another creator (this one's up for debate), content depicting egregious amounts of realistic violence, and collections of other things unlisted here (if you are unsure, shoot it by me first).

By contacting me in the interest of being able to commission me, should I be made aware of the possession of distribution of content that is illegal and not for the purpose of being comedic, (drug distribution, illegal narcotic exposure, the possession of illegal pornographic content) I reserve the right to take proper legal and/or authoritative measures in lieu of my exposure.

I can and will produce content that is sexually-explicit in nature and content generally considered (18+) for clients that are at or over the international legal age of consent. In the event multiple parties are involved, additional information may be needed. All clients are subject to Article B Sections II & III.


Section II


Payment is handled post production of commissioned work. I will never ask you for payment beforehand. All commission work will be completed before payment is received. This enables a client to cancel without any worry or headache of financial loss and refunds. It also ensures that I am able to cancel should I need to.

Do not send me money beforehand to pay for something "in advance". I will not refund it following a single violation.

I will always send you an extremely watermarked and distorted version of the final piece before requesting payment. Once I have confirmed that I have received payment, and you have confirmed that the money has been sent, I will provide you with the un-heavily-watermarked-and-distorted-image/file/content.

I only accept payment through PayPal and CashApp currently. You will send the amount that was agreed upon after I have finished. Do not compensate for taxation or fees.

Section III


Concerning price change: Commissions in progress are never subject to price changes that occur during the process of commissions. I will include a date that prices were updated on this website.

If no prices are listed concerning a particular commission, you may discuss pricing with me.

Do not complain about the pricing to me. I try my best to keep prices within a range that balances between the time I need to spend and the affordability...</sup>

Article D: Finality and Implied Clause


<sup>Section I

Upon completion of a commission and following payment, all payments and conduction of business are final.
Terms otherwise not included but can be argued under grounds of "common sense" should be exhibited. Please exhibit the proper etiquette when commissioning people, not just me.

Communication is essential. Please try to keep in contact as much as possible throughout the whole process.
Section II

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and to cancel an ongoing commission should I deem it necessary, or the client dysfunctional.</sup>
